random: nonblocking pool is initialized

I am using NFS and doing NFS boot. This has been working for quite some time, until last night. Now the boot process just hangs with the error shown in the subject. Would appreciate any help with this as I don't even know where to start looking. Here is the complete boot text:

You will see additional error text "VFS: Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy." after this error. This gets printed many minutes after it hangs during the boot. Keep in mind that this has been working for several weeks. I did not change anything on the iMx6UL so I am wondering if something changed on my server that I don't know about.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

I set up my development environment to use NFS.
Yocto versions are:
yocto_rootfs: 4.1.15.2.0.0.ga

what you posted is the kernel version.
Latest Yocto versions are jethro, morty and pyro.
Which of them are you using?

please try editing the file
/etc/network/interfaces
and comment out the lines
auto eth0
auto eth1

Does this fix the problem?
