Re: Jethro 2.0.1

Hi
This is a complete port in all level u-boot, kernel & Yocto BSP.
When you have a new kernel version you need to do the entire port from scratch.

Re: System is too hot. GPU3D will work at 1/64 clock

Hi I am not sure that your specific application is causing the problem. Can you test it with the nand recovery demo applications like basket and see if it is getting heated also? Also did you update your system? We made some changes to the kernel and I suggest you to upgrade and then run your test a...

Hi
You will have to use Variscite official Linux.

Re: Error after kernel update

You may have leftover of the wlconf.
Try to locate it in tmp/work/... and delete the tree and repeat the previuus step.
If it is not working you will need a complete clean build.

Re: Device tree problem with Kernel 4.4.4 on VAR-MX6-Quad

Hi This is a very complex task. You are trying to port kernel 4.4.4 to our SOM. This is not a simple task and require deep understanding of the hardware. We will port this to 4.x once NXP will have an official release. I suggest you try to run the the RTL8192CU on our current version. The driver exi...

Re: Yocto Fido build error.

Hi
The Virtual machine require at least 4GB memory to the Linux.
If you set it to less it will crash.
Also make sure you have at least 100 GB free disk space 200GB is recommended.

Re: yocto-dart.sh to flash eMMC doesn't work, missing mkfs.vfat/ext4

Hi
I asked you about your SOM version and you didn't reply.
yocto-dart is for dart-mx6. If you don't have DART-MX6 you should use yocto-emmc.sh.

Re: Dart-MX6 Android Issues

Hi
What is the properties of the Video file you are playing?
Did you try to use the pre-build version on the same video? (nand recovery version 46)
Also try to add "dmfc=3" to your kernel boot args.
Ron.
