5. The issue that I am facing is that I am trying to load my uBoot (uImage), device tree (.dtb) and my kernel onto my board's NAND. Everything is working when I have it booting via TFTP/NFS. I am using sw-update to facilitate the process of updating/upgrading the firmware. My MTD partitions are properly assigned and I have no issues with UBI/UBIFS. There are no problems loading and booting my uImage and .dtb from NAND however my linux-variscite fails when booting from NAND.

If I set the board's eth0 to have an ip configuration before booting from NAND I have no issues however. The lockup/crash occurs about 10-15 seconds after booting from NAND. The crash doesn't occur however if in that time I am able to set an IP i.e run the CLI command >ifconfig eth0 within those 10-15 seconds.

I am at a loss to why this occurs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
