Inconsistencies between i.MX Mux Pin Tool and i.MX6 datasheet

We are trying to resolve some inconsistencies we've found between the i.MX6 data sheet and the pin mux tool.

The data sheet (http://www.variscite.com/images/stories ... t_v1_9.pdf) includes pins such as L29 (page 21) and AG23 (also page 21), but the pin mux tool shows no pin higher than 25AE. On pages 21-29, some of the balls seem non-existent.

(1) Is there an updated pin mux table for the DART MX6?
(2) Is there a different table that outlines which pins on the processor directly touch headers on the module?
(3) What is the exact model number of the processor on the DART-MX6 SOM that comes with the devkit VAR-DVK-DT6? Maybe we are using the wrong processor in the pin mux tool? We're using the MCIMX6QxxVT.
(4) Is such available: a sample pin mux tool project (.mex file) for the i.MX6?

Hi,
The DART-MX6 is based on the PoP package (12x12 mm) MCIMX6Q5EZK08AD which is not currently supported by Freescale's pinmux tool.
However, pinmux for each Pad is same in PoP and standard Package (21x21 mm).
You can find the Ball -Pad name correlation in the PoP datasheet:

then use the pinmux tool to see available alternate functions for that ball according to its pad name.
